Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after being placed from our warehouse. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the shipping date, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance, inspections, or carrier-related issues. We will do our best to keep you informed if this happens.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.


Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Netherlands

  • Denmark

Changing Your Delivery Address

Changes to the delivery address are only possible until 11:00 PM (CET) on the same day the order was placed. Please contact us at: info@nevobi.com to request any changes.


Shipping to a Different Address

Yes, we can ship to a different address than the billing address provided during checkout.


Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
